Graduating with a Textile Engineering degree in 2022, I leverage my expertise in Materials Science to serve my sport practices and share the wonders of sport to other people.
With three years of experience in the conception, production, and sustainability of textile materials and goods, I excel in developing and ensuring the quality and environmental compliance of products by collaborating with internal and external experts.
My projects primarily support high-end applications, helping athletes reach new heights in
their sports.

Production Leader - DECATHLON TAIWAN 台灣迪卡儂
Accountable for the entire Taiwan production process of Decathlon Soft Equipment products and materials (Bags, Tents, Umbrella, Mattress). My responsibilities are: :
🔬 Development : I approve the creation of product by realizing a development sample in compliance with technical set specifications.
⚙️ Industrialization : I manage the industrialization step in order to ensure a stable and reliable process before the start of mass production
🏭 Mass Production : I manage the quality performance of my industrial partners to guarantee customer satisfaction
♻️ Sustainability : I manage the SD performance of our suppliers in more responsible ways (CO2 monitoring, HRP assessment)

- Sourcing of suppliers and distributors of recycled and bio based polyamide

Interests
Born and raised in a football environment, I spent my life experiencing the highs and lows of supporting a football team and playing the game every morning and evening.
Since moving to Taiwan, I have developed a passion for sea-to-summit activities such as snorkeling (currently training as a free diver) and scuba diving (PADI Open Water certified). I enjoy biking to commute during weekdays and exploring new landscapes on weekends. Occasionally, I also take on collective challenges to trek and explore the high peaks of Taiwan.
Most importantly, staying well-connected with friends and family is crucial for maintaining balance in my life, even though I stepped out of my comfort zone by moving to Asia
